Licence Agreement
BarcodeNET SOFTWARE AGREEMENT
This
Commercial Licence Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an
individual, afirm or a single entity) and BarcodeNET Software Limited
(the Company) for the BarcodeNET Software identified above, which
includes dynamic runtime library and sample programs,together with the
accompanying documentation (collectively known as the "Software").
BarcodeNET Commercial Licence Agreement
The Software is owned
by BarcodeNET Software and is protected by copyright laws
andinternational treaties.
This licence becomes effective
upon your acceptance of this agreement and the purchase of asuitable
number of BarcodeNET from the Company.
By installing, copying,
downloading, accessing or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be
bound by the terms of this Licence Agreement.
(1)If you use the
SOFTWARE in a commercial application or business setting, you must
purchase a valid license. (3)You may evaluate the SOFTWARE for free
in a test environment for as long as needed. (4)You must purchase one
developer license for every developer who uses the SOFTWARE. (2)If
you purchase a license, you may distribute the SOFTWARE component in
binary form with your commercial or business application to your
customers ROYALTY-FREE.(BarcodeNET/Windows Based application), (2)If
you purchase a license, you may distribute the SOFTWARE component in
binary form with "one website" to your customers ROYALTY-FREE.(BarcodeNET/Imaege
,BarcodeNET/Html Based application), (5)You may purchase an
enterprise license so that all developers in your company can use the
SOFTWARE. and distribute withou site limit. (6)You cannot decompile,
disassemble, or reverse-engineer the SOFTWARE.
LIMITED
WARRANTY
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, EITHEREXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES
OFMERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT
WILLTHE AUTHOR or AUTHORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES,
INCLUDINGINCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF
THEPROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
